Job :
Your main tasks as a Service Desk Agent:

Solving technical problems for customers.
Processing user requests (calls + emails).
Maintaining communication between different support levels.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of service and respecting contractual commitments and the group's security rules.

Required profile :
Profile sought:

Education level: MBO 4 in IT / Networks.
Level of professional experience: experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Technical skills:

General customer relationship management skills.
Ability to detect, process, and resolve level 1 technical incidents.
